As a true Virgo, Type A, Jewish, neurodivergent polymath, and former New Yorker, I am direct and honest. As a feminist, enneagram 2, INFJ-A, Oregonian, design instructor, mother, and Yin Yogi devotee, I fiercely advocate for those in my circle and fully embrace “different.” Despite its bad rap, I prefer multitasking and shifting gears, yet remain present with every client and conversation.
My passion for pay parity is matched by my love of pitching, presenting, and community facilitation. I serve womxn-owned and womxn-led organizations, small businesses, non-profits, B-corps, creative tech, education, design, and companies with heart, as well as large institutions and foundations that want to partner more ethically and equitably with “underestimated” creators and founders.
I am thrilled to be following my purpose, working with fellow consultants to make work not suck. I know partnering with other social impact leaders, our collective action can and will change the world. After 20+ years in corporate bro-culture and agency life, coFLOWco was born. Observing immense talent go to waste, I decided to help build solutions and change the system.

We’ve run huge teams on global pitches, winning AOR for a travel brand building a world where you belong. We’ve facilitated the brand launch, social media, event design, and editorial team, for women of color, an inclusive travel platform with the message “We Belong here.”
We won a One Gold award for creative management, supporting the video game vision of Momo Pixel, reminding everyone that your hands do not belong on a Black woman’s hair.
We’ve facilitated a brand launch for 250+ C-suite women in Advertising, to ensure all agencies create equitable and safe cultures. We’ve produced branding and SWAG for a festival providing an inclusive, progressive community for diverse internet creators.
We’ve written marketing, supported curriculum, and scoped projects for a leading AR/VR tech ethics researcher. We helped WOB and DMBE’s, Brand UX , and independent Design shops belong in the agency world, doubling their revenue and navigate challenging clients.
We served on non-profit boards, focused on dignity and honor for all working womxn, facilitating a rebrand and strategy with belonging at its heart.
And, we provided brand strategy and communications for an inclusive ride-share startup, helping them land funding from a AMEX.
Our Collective is built on the sum of these experiences.
